Bad service, Bad attitude!!

On the 28-05-2013 I went to the Waverly Pickn'pay and there was just one person in front of me and the Teller by the name of Stockie said to me "Go and pay at the Express till" so I asked her why? & she ignored me and the packer told she's sayin in her language that I must go an pay at another till. I told her I also needed to withdraw R2000 and small tills don't always have that kind of cash. She spoke to me in her language me in her language (I know this because I'm also black however I do not speak Sotho) I begged her pardon as I could not understand what she was saying. Instead of explaining to me what she was saying she looked away and ignored me. I don't know if whether this is how I should be treated because I'm black but I believe that not matter what language one speaks when you are at work a medium language is English.
At this time I asked to speak to her Supervisor and a lady by the name of Joyce came & I told her what happened who also spoke to her in Sotho &she still didn't bother to even look at her, even gave her attitude. Eventually she was asked to apologize which was not even sincere as she was getting irritated and angry which was surprising to me.
