Shocking service from WOOLWORTHS FINANCIAL SERVICE

I have been a loyal WOOLWORTHS customer of yours for the past several years. Last week sometime, I received a call from one of your sales consultants Marilyn Hendricks - WOOLWORTHS FINANCIAL SERVICES telling me that I qualify for a revolving credit loan of R30 000 and that I need to accept R1000 of this right away if I want to have access to this revolving loan. The loan of R1000 was processed and the funds were in my account within 48hrs. I asked Marilyn, What the process was if I needed access to more funds? I was told that all I needed to do was call Woolworths Financial services and they will transfer the funds I require. It just makes me SICK. I have being phoning from FRIDAY last week and I have received no joy at all! I spoke to Unathi Matikinca (May 24th, 12.06PM) who first said she had processed this loan and all was in order. I called again yesterday and spoke to Nawaal Dawood only to be told first that the loan was not processed? I called again and this time I spoke to Chantal John and it seems that my problem is still not sorted out. I am appalled at such poor service and WOOLWORTHS FINANCIAL SERVICES - if you don't need my business, please tell me.
