No delivery after months shocking service &threats

Shaida Abed agreed to deliver my couches within 12 days. 3 payments on 16/07/2012, 8/07/2012, 12/12/2012 were made to purchase leather. To date, I don't have my couches & have not received my money back There have been several attempts to get either my couches or the cash back but with no success. An amount of R15, 600.00 was paid but actually increased with all the fuel I used, the cellphone calls & bank charges & interest which I lost in the process. Every time I got there she cursed me & made me out to be a. She threatened me. I told her that I recorded everything & would use it as evidence against her. Out of fear for my life, I took a police officer with me on my next visit, who she assaulted! They had to hold her down & ask her to remain calm. On 03/07/2013 she agreed in writing to deliver the couches on 14/03/2013. More than a month later she delivered two incomplete couches which were already broken in places. I returned them immediately after taking photos as proof thereof. The next day I was informed that Shaida would pay my money back by the end of the week. On 15/05/2013 along with Captian Doubell I paid Shaida another visit but she was not available..
