Speaking to a wall!

Just over a month ago I took out a woolworths personal loan. I did the application online. A day or 2 later I received a call saying it have been approved and there was some details that needed to be confirmed, thereafter the money was deposited in my account. According to the billing structure on the website, I was looking at a monthly repayment of less that r900 per month for a R8000 loan over 12 months. To my surprise, days before the first debit went off, I received an sms saying that an amount of just over R1200.00 would be debited. Obviously confused, I emailed the given address and to date have not received a response. Since the end of last month, I have sent through 4 e-mails and have received no help with regards to the payment structure. Further to that, I have received no confirmation documents whatsoever. I even called to give another address but have still not received the documents for me to read through.

After failing to receive a response via e-mail, I tried several times to call the number provided, but never get anywhere because a "loan number" is needed, something I have not seen or heard of.

I need clarification with regard to the fee structure immediately.
