Accounts are NOT being updated

I made a payment at Truworths with my debit card 05.11.2012, and the payment of R 820.00 still doesn't reflect on my account. I've send my bank statement through to Truworths more than 6 times. Still the payment doesn't reflect.
My account is on a 6 Months Interest FREE plan, but if I receive my statement interest is being charged every month, my account is paid before the 6th of every month.
I did recon my account and handed all my documentation in at Mall of the North but still my account is not rectified.
