Bad and unproffessional service

I wrote a complain on Hellopeter last week on Monday 20 May 2013 about the account that I settled in January 2013 but still reflecting as owing today.

A lady by the name of Doris called on Wednesday 22May 2013 and asked if i can email her proof of payment for the account that i have settled. I agreed and asked her to call and confirm that she has recieved the proof of payment and tell me what will happen. She never called

I recieved a read reciept that she has recieved the email, i folllwed up on Friday the 24th by email, i only recieved a read reciept email only. Even today she hasnt called and tell me what is happening with my account.

I am convinced that Russels and JDG group have no clue nor interest on what they doing, they dont value their customers and professionalism is a foreign concept to them.
