Discovery and Pick Pay Smart Shopper, Who will Help

Please rectify my smart shopper card to my credit card, I tried rectifying it with Discovery Card But they refused to assist me,
My card number smart shopper and my supplementary credit card card number is swopped around.
My smart shopper / to my discovery card, I bought over R4000 worth of goods only to be told that I cant receive my Vitality points because although I have two credit cards I did not use the correct smart shopper that is linked online to my correct card, Does it mean I made a purchase with no benefits, as I am a gold member and bought all my stationery, groceries back to school goodies thinking I will be getting all my points boosted, I would like my smart shopper card to be allocated my Vitality points as that smart shopper was on my account but linked to my supplementary card
