Clicks Clubcards - Member card invalid

Clearwater Clicks. I have been shopping at Clicks for many years and use the Family card for purchases. On receiving a voucher in the post addressed to my postal address I presented the voucher when next I shop. I then go to Clearwater where i was advised that I could not use the voucher. I have now been contacted by Richard after logging a complaint on their website only to be told that they are only following rules. Why is the rules being broken by some and not others. Why are you issuing these family member cards if you have no intention of fulfilling your obligations. I spend thousands of rands at Clicks yearly and am now being treated as if I the vouchers. How disgusting to treat your customers like criminals. Why did the staff not call a manager to verify the validity and/or proof of residence or proof of identity. Their staff rather speaks in their own languange and then just says with that blank expression on their faces there is nothing they can do but I must bring the main card. The main card by the way was in PE at the time with my son who is the main holder. We reside at the same address, physical and postal address. Clicks a sham
