Teribble after sales service

Bought a Defy D/washer from the Game in Eastgate on the 06/04 but was told that stock will arrive in two weeks time from the date of purchase. Once the stock is available I will be notified to collect the appliance. Without a response after three weeks I went to enquire. I was told that I need to contact them during the week and they will make a plan. I called and was assisted by David and Edwin who told me that the supplier (Defy) is stuffing them around but they can arrange another unit but it will be a Kelvinator. I told them that i need to see the unit before I make up my mind. I went to the store on the 4th but edwin was not in as it was his day off work. Themba Zwane informed me that the Kelvinator is not a good replacement for the defy but they did get stock but only in white. They are expecting delivery of the silver units on the 7th and he will arrange for the appliance to be delivered free of charge. I did not here from the store until the 22/05. I only called them back on the 23/05 and was told that they received the stock by Kin and I should go and collect the appliance. It does not seem that anybody at the Eastgate store knows what they are doing. The service terrible.
