I opened an account with mr price last year and was quite please with the store until i paid my account about two weeks later than i should have in april, this year. i explained when the consultants called that i had been very busy and would pay. now, my credit has been cut from what i was awarded but i was not told by the consultants either verbally or in writing. if this is how mr price treats it's customers, then opening an account with the store was a big mistake. i'm one of those people who make a habit of paying my accounts on time and i feel like i was treated unfairly. if you are going to do something as serious as cutting down credit to one of your customers, try telling them either telephonically or in writing.
