Still waiting for my repaired watch

I took in my Police watch to have a new strap fitted to it on 12 Feb 2013. It had to be sent to Cape Town and would take about 6-8 weeks to be done. They say they will phone me with a quote, after a few weeks, with no answer from them, I go back to the branch, where only then is the quote given. I accept it and wait. The 8 weeks come and go. Still no watch and no answer from them. I go back and they again give the quote from new. I told them i accepted it already and my watch should be here. 25 May 2013. Still no watch, 14 weeks later, how pathetic can service be, I want my watch back
