I gave my Diesel watch in at Sterns (where a bought the watch) Kollonade Shopping Centre on the 22 of March 2013 to have it's cracked screen replaced, and was told that it would take 6-8 weeks. I waited patiently and no one called. I called two days ago asking what was going on and was told that they'll get back to me. It's now two days later and no one called me back. I called again today and was told it can take 9 weeks or more. I asked why it's taking so long and was told that they will give the workshop a call and find out where my watch is - and some silly explanations about why its taking so long. I am starting to think that my watch has been lost/. I have always supported Sterns, but I'm starting to think I made a very big mistake!! Please can someone tell me where my watch is, or give me a new one...
