On Monday the 13th May 2013 I forwarded a copy of the proof that payment was made on my Jet Account to Elizabeth (Kelolo) Mogola. During the days that followed I received two calls from what I assume are colleagues of hers in respect of the payment to which I responded that the payment on my account was made and that proof thereof was submitted. On Tuesday 21 May 2013 I receive a notification that a report of me being a slow payer has been submitted to the Credit Bureau and that my credit status has therefore been affected. The action taken by EDCON in respect of my account is completely unjustified. Why must I be subjected to the incompetence of their staff members? As stated proof of payment was submitted. I even have a confirmation email from Elizabeth that she received it. I received no correspondence from her after that. Her colleagues did not ask me to re-submit the proof. EDCON needs to fix things with my account and the Credit Bureau. I will take the matter further if not resolved.
