On 16/05 I went to PnP Promenade in Mitchells Plain to buy the 600g PnP fresh Veg Stir Fry. I got home, opened the pack and it had a very foul smell to it (exp date 18/05) I immediately called the Customer Care at 19.25 to lodge a complaint. I was told to keep the product for when someone contacted us. I finally threw it in the rubbish bin this morning after keeping it since then. The reference number received is 945708. Our contact details, email address etc were noted and confirmed and to date, no one from PnP has contacted my husband or myself. This is disappointing and it's because of the poor customer service that I stopped shopping at PnP, especially in Mitchells Plain. This is not the first time I've purchased products at PnP to find that it's stale or there's something wrong with it. PnP's service is really going down the drain and it seems that it's always in areas such as Mitchells Plain that these things happen. i can't say I've ever received bad service in areas such as Tygervalley or Willowbridge or Tokai for that matter. You need to be consistent in the promises you make and apply customer services to all areas.
