I had an account with Truworth for about 3years in the last year I had not been receiving statements only to find that I was owing R2000 that I didn't't even know about later while requesting my credit report I fount that Truworths had blacklisted me with out even calling me to say that I was owing them money let alone in arrears and that they had hand my account over to RL Daly, I then after finding out paid up my account in March and faxed all paper work and they mentioned that they would send me a Nil letter to say that I don't owe them anything But every time I call Truworths head office I get very rude customer service agent who just tell me that I should Call RL Daly and When I call RL Daly they tell me that Truworths is the one to give me the letter So many truworths agents when I tell this they simply tell me they cant do anything Im actually sick and tired of being passed from Pillar to post ans my I WANT THAT LETTER, I EVER AGAIN wish to be your customer and I Once I get my letter if i ever will I want My Account Cancelled Im am done with such Incompetence
