I wrote a while back about a lounge suite i bought at Beares furnitures, it was damaged and they had to fetch it and they did, that was back in january. They called me to come and choose another lounge as that one was beyond repairs i went to the store and chose it but the price of that one was more than the one i had before they told me to pay the difference in cash but i did not have the cash so i chose another one and now they are telling me stories that i have to apply again what i don't understand is why do i have to apply again whereas the lounge had a guarantee, they have the lounge instore what is so difficult for them to just give me the lounge suite, im paying every month im the one who have to call them everytime im wasting my money and my time and I'm not getting any service. Its been 5 months that i have been without a lounge suite
