On Saturday evening my 8 month old Defy Gemini oven packed up. I phoned their call centre at 9.45 this morning and by lunchtime a technician arrived after driving all the way to Cresta area from Vereeniging. He replaced the faulty thermostat and other parts to get it working again. On a SUNDAY!! Excellent service from Defy.
