I went for some shopping at Edgars in Boulders, the cashier told me that my account had been blocked.
I had no idea why Edgars would block my account so she advised me to go to customer service.
The customer service guy that helped me was rude and could not care less about my problem, he made me feel as though that account was not mine and it was my fault it had been blocked, he then spoke to his colleague in Sepedi and said "Did you hear what she said sissie? " I told him he was speaking to his colleague not me so and do not understand sepedi so I have no idea what they said, he then said I should have listened cause they were talking about me! He kept on asking why am I getting mad, I could not take the horrible service any more so I took my card and left.
Apparently my acocunt was blocked because I did not update my details, but how was I suppose to know that if I never recieved a letter or a call stating that I should update my personal details??? The matter is stil not solved.
