I purchased the Samsung TV 109cm e470/ps43e400 stock code 10813484 on 29 04/2013 paid Cash.
I was told that they don't have stock in shop should wait few days they will call me back once the stock arrive.
I gave the week no call from the store during my lunch time i went to store to check on my good. I was then refer to Manager Phyllis Knight she advise me they will have the stock the follow week .the follow week no i then call the consultant that sold me the TV he said the stock has not arrive as yet. Yesterday i then decided to go to store to check it myself to ask again what the delay... was I was refer to Lady call Norah she was very rude to me she told they was no stock as walk by area when i wanted to show her the TV i bought I saw there was three new TV set same one I'm still waiting for on the site then i ask this lady how come she say they is no stock if the TV are sitting here she said it belong to other customer am are not customer she then spoke in Afrikaans with her friend told wait for manger waited the whole hour, manager arrive told me the same thing then ask for my money they promise call me today up to now no call.
