I have placed an order with Takealot on 30th of April 2013. The items should have been delivered on the 10th of May 2013. This was supposed to form part of a mothers day gift. It was not delivered. No message from takealot to say that this item is late and will not be delivered on time.
I have been in contact with them twice. The first time i was told the items would be delivered by COB on Monday the 13th of May, which it was not. The second time I was told the supplier was running 2 days late, so instead of delivering the items on the 10th of May, it should be delivered on the 14th. Which it was not. I wanted to cancel my order but was assured the order would be delivered on the 14th, so i decided against cancelling it. Now, i'm still waiting.
