This is the second time that I have a problem with Foschini, I called them concerning my account I was told that it was in arrears, I spoke to Lam Tyalimpi who verified that everything is up to date with my account I am not in arrears so I ask her to send me a letter confirming this, she tells me that they do not do this WHY!!! its my account so she tells me that she can only send me account statement so I tell her to email it to me they do not have emails neither can she call me back they cannot make outgoing calls how on earth a big group like Foschini not have facilities or systems to help their customers it seems like all they are interested in is receiving your payment every month they do call you if your account is in areas - Foschini really needs to jack up their customer services, their staff working for them to be more accommodating to their customers
