In January of this year, 2013, we paid a 50% deposit on a Bentley corner lounge suite, we requested it be a left end and not a right end as per the one of the showroom floor and that it be covered in "regal trickle" leather. We were promised a 6 week delivery date!

In March we were contacted to say the suite was ready and we paid the balance. The suite was delivered 3 weeks later, was badly damaged during the delivery due to understaffed delivery team and where the suite was supposed to have stitched it was only glued together and the glue had already given way! On the 14th of May we went to view the "corrected" suite only to find it was a standard right end in Cream leather?!?! On the 16th we were contacted by the delivery department and asked when they could deliver the incorrect suite?!?!

Rochester has had the full payment for almost 3 months now, nobody can give you any answers on the issue and nobody has even called to follow up on our queries. Is this how Rochester achieves their profits, by earning interest on their clients money?

We are considering legal action and are still waiting to hear about a lounge suite we ordered in January of 2013...
