I am a loyal customer of Bradlows furniture store as i bought most of my furniture from them. In 2010 i visited the store to buy leather lounge suit, i remember telling my sales man that i need a genuine leather and i am prepared to pay as i don't want to visit the shop in the next 5yrs for Sofas. We laughed as i told him about experience i had with buying semi-leather lounge suit. So he showed me their genuine leathers and i paid cash. I got surprised when the front part towards the bottom of the sofas start to crack and i went to the store to log my complaint and the store manager told me that its not their responsibility as i had a 1 year guarantee and i didn't take extended warranty of which nobody told me about and that i used detergent that damaged them " if it is the detergent i expect them to crack on top as well". My complain is that i said i needed a genuine leather and it looks like they cheated me by giving me Sofas that are made of semi-leather on the sides and leather on top and they claim that it is genuine leather all over except the back of which its a lie. I believe that genuine leather doesn't crack it wears off. This is a double-blinding of CUSTOMERS.
