The lounge suite that i have bought from Lewis Stores Westonaria delivered a damaged lounge suite with cuts ion the arm rest and at the back of the couch. Some parts of the lounge suite was not included as well.
Lewis told me that they will come to my house to pick up the lounge suite and replace it with a new one with all the accesories that needs to be included.
It is already two months later and i still struggle with Lewis to exchange the damaged lounge suite.
