Email Address [Email Removed] .I registered for Baby Club in Dec 2012.Currently Clicks got a promotion running, if you purchase baby products worth more the R175 you automatically will receive a voucher for a free Baby bag with baby products. Before I purchased the baby products worth R175.I phone customers call centre to confirm if I qualify for this promotion. The gentleman that assist me confirmed that I qualify and that I can go ahead to purchase the baby products. I purchase the baby products worth more than R175 in Feb -March already. When I phoned the Clicks call centre to ask when I will receive my baby bag they informed me that I do not qualify for this promo, the reason being the promo started in Jan - May 2013 and I registered in Dec 2012.Then I explained that I phoned to confirmed if I will qualify for this promo and they said yes. They phoned me back saying they will email me the voucher end of March 2013. I'm still waiting for it and I phoned them more than 6 times and no voucher yet.
