Just some quick feedback. I'll be recommending Genesis to friends and family by word of mouth, but thought I'd put in a quick word here.
It was difficult to select a 'NATURE OF COMPLIMENT' as it covers a few categories.
Basically, all interactions with Genesis (email only, no phone calls were required) were professional and efficient.
From my very first enquiry, until the inexpensive and speedy delivery of my Kindle, everything was far above what I've come to expect.
An especially nice touch was the documentation regarding my product use, FAQ, and warranty, that was delivered electronically before I'd even received my Kindle.
My only suggestion to them would be to revamp their web page, as it doesn't reflect the professionalism with which their business operates.
