Is in my great disappointment that I had to write this report, I am a consumer of a Thokoman peanut butter, which I buy regularly and had no problems with the product until I bought a bucket tub in Shoprite Florida (JHB) on the 4th of May, was, which was perfectly sealed and shelved, unnoticeably I took it and did not pick up that there no expiry date on it only upon the opening I noticed the change in colour which was very dark and dry and had a bad smell of been off, that's when I noticed that the is no expiry nor manufactory date on it . i tried to email Thokoman directly and guess what email adreess given on the product and on their website comes back as a undelivered email returned.
Kindly advise how a product is dispatched without any manufacturing nor expiring date on it and be shelved.
