This is actually no use to post, because Jetline doesn't reply on these complaints.
I have a friend who was humiliated in front of other staff members by the manager and thus my friend decided to quit, because my friend couldn't handle the humiliation any longer. He no longer called my friend by name, but "A piece of S" There was verbal abuse constantly.
If I'm not mistaken, other staff members are also being treated like junk. I was myself a staff member and the manager at the time treated me like I was a donkey with a yoke on. He had no respect for us, thus we had no respect for him. I think the staff members are to scared to take the managers to the CCMA.
Jetline pays us little to work long hours, with NO BREAKS and abusive words.
