Motlanthe Attorneys
Garnishee orde

I was garnished by Motlanthe for Nashua Mobile in 2011 R5468.18 started paying in July 2011 and i have paid the amount stated on my garnish order in full and completed it. When handed over my account was in debted of R3921.53 yesterday i recieved an email from my payroll advising me of my garnish order with a statement stating I owe Motlanthe attorneys / Saya recoveries the amount of R7011.74 which in my understanding i have paid Nashua mobile in full and completed in 2012. and the garnishee was stopped then. why is this sent to me now when i have paid the amount and why are they saying i owe them when i have paid.

i spoke to the lady named Selina from Motlanthe and she told me i am paying for their recoveries do i think they are for free? when on their 1st garnish it state on the fine print the "any Garnishee may in respect of the services rendered by him in terms of an emoluments attachment order, recover from the judgement creditor a commission of up to 5 % of all amounts deducted by him from the judgment debtors emoluments by deducting such commission from the amount payable to the judgment creditor"

i am really furious about this and there is no other information sent.
