After less than 2 school terms, my son's school shoe was peeling off. I took it into the Blue Route branch where I had bought it, but the shop assistant was not authorised to replace it - it had to be sent to Head Office (!)
I asked for their email address, and sent a photograph of the shoe with a letter explaining time etc of purchase. 2-3 days later the store phoned me to say I could bring it in, and exchange for a new pair! Not only are they MUCH more comfortable, the extra cost of Green Cross shoes over other stores is WAY WAY worth it with this kind of service!!
