After several request to close my account in February, my account is still not closed!
I needed to pay R4.64 to ensure the balance outstanding is ZERO - today I received ANOTHER bill which indicate that my aacount wasn't closed and that anothe admin fee was charged.
This is not acceptable, I drove 40 km twice to the Boksburg East branch to close this account. The finance department was so helpful to contact the contact centre to request this account to be closed, whereafter the contact centre said they'll send me a confirmation that account was closed. I followed-up several times.
This is unacceptable and I need this account to be closed immediately.
