I have been shopping at Fashion Express for many years now. Two weeks ago, I bought 2 pairs of black pants, same size, and the fitted perfectly. Last week Friday, I went again and bought a jacket, shirt, a brown pair of pants and another pair of black pants. Today, I went and returned the black pants, as they are exactly the same size as my others, but funnily does not fit me. There was no tag on it, and the lady came to me and said that I have used and washed the pants. I said I did not wear the pants as they flipping don't fit me! I said there is nothing I can do with them due to the fact they don't fit me! When I got to the counter with my new garments that I bought, she kindly told me that she debited my account for the pants and had them in the bag for me to take. I politely told her she may keep the pants as I cannot wear them due to the fact they don't fit me! I bought a shirt today, and that also did not have a tag! I wonder if I take it back will she tell me I have used it as well! Oh, and no receipt! I got no receipt! I will now be closing my account due to this bad attitude! Will never shop there again! And you can stick the R99 for the pants!
