I was at the Woodlands branch of Food Lovers Market this morning, wanting to buy the R29 promotion of fruit. I was told the Manager says they did not receive the stock, so maybe I should come back the following day.
The television advert showed the promotion running from 10-19 May. How can the manager just dismiss a customer this way?
How difficult would it have been to assemble the produce from the stock in store?
The clerk then took me to the manager.
He was on his mobile chatting away, completely ignoring me.
I couldn't wait any longer, so just left.
The manager was totally unprofessional, and I will never shop there again.
