Shocking!!! again

Please see my previous complaint. I now went to Boardman's on Saturday again to exchange my ironing board for the 10 year guarantee board for R100 extra. I bought the bigger board because I WANT a bigger board and not the smaller board, even if it has a 100 years guarantee on it. They did not even get the same rubbish board as I had before as promised. I now just wanted the board credited to my account, which I knew for a FACT was not done the previous Saturday. The so called manager, EVA was not in, no manager on duty. Even one of the other workers that tried and sort this out the previous Saturday said the board was not credited. I asked and I am asking again for itemized billing (reasonable request I would say), needless to say they could not provide that. I will not pay ANY amount to my Edcon account if I don't get that billing emailed to me. They even phoned EVA who said it was credited the previous Saturday. The board was credited to my account after fighting for two hours. It now cost me 4 hours Saturday time to get my money back. NEVER NEVER again will I buy from Boardman's or Edgars!!!
