I bought goods from Mr Price Group on line and i experienced a tripple deduction with the incorrect amount being deducted from my bank account. One of the customer service lady by the name of Carusha made a promise that my money will be deposited back into my account but to date my money has not yet being deposited back into my account. This is and no one is taking this matter serious as they keep on making empty promises. This is really an inconvenience and i will never ever buy goods from their on line service. I am extremely dissapointed as no one is able to explain the main cause of the problem.
