I purchased shoes from Shoe Connection at Tyger Valley Shopping Centre on 9 April 2013. I bought the Flexx brand and I explain to the sales lady that I normally take a zise 6 and the assistant advised me to take a size 5 because the shoes will stretch and then it will be too big. The shoes did not stretch and it is killing my feet. The manager told me that the shoes do not stretch and she then try to stretch it with a machine because it is killing my feet. She also said that she cannot take it back. Now I have this expensive shoes that I cannot wear and I am trying to get hold of the supplier to see if I can get a credit for a bigger number, but with no luck. The manager is not willing to go the extra mile to accommodate me. I do not want the money back, I need a number six. Can you please assist me.
