RUINED MY MOTHERS DAY

Good day,

Today was mothers day and we were very disappointed.

According to your website (the below says bookings are essential and we should book using the telephone number below) - which I did. I called you 3-4 weeks ago and booked a table for 7 people at 2:30pm Sun 12 May (mothers day). You even confirmed it with a follow up call the day after I booked.

At 2:15pm today on my way to the design qtr with my mother and mother-in-law, and rest of the family, I was called to say the tea room was full and we could no longer be accommodated until later. No apology. Nothing. In my opinion that is totally unacceptable, on any day, and more especially on mothers day. I was told by Rebecca that I was supposed to have booked through the head office, but that's not what your website says!!!

This is actually shocking service - why do you not honour your bookings??? I have a very dissatisfied family who would like answers.
