I want to compliment Zando for a timeous refund after having having had to cancel my order.
I never received the goods ordered (despite waiting for a month for them thus ended up cancelling the order) BUT the money was back in my credit card within a record 4 days after the cancellation.
I am pleased that there is at least one area that functions well at Zando!
Keep it up, try to improve on the delivery (logistics) and the customer service side of the business.
I will only really be lured back to use Zando once there is a marked improvement in those two areas (read less complaints from customers)...
