Bad response and reaction

During the third week of April 2013, I sent a complaing about the Edgars finance department, informing them that the account of pre 2002 was handled by the Tutor Trust company, as we were sequestrated and had lost everything we owned. In 2001 when all of this transpired we also lostour 21 year old son in a motor colision. Durng the last number of years we have been harrased by many debt collecting companies, we have explained it all to them, as well as sent them copies of the sequestration order by the Master of the Supreme court. I have also sent it to Edgars twice, the last time being in April 2013. I received an email from Dinah Mothwa that the matter was being handed to the legal department. On May 10th we received yet another text message from Norman Bissett and associated telling us to call them on 0861112284, which we declined. At 8pm on May 10th, we received another call regarding the same issue. My wife and I are already suffering from depression as a result of the sequestraton and loss of our son at the same time, and have to be reminded about it month in and month out. Why has Edgars not met with their commitment to finalize this matter as told on 25th April
