I returned a damaged frying pan 3 months ago and when I finally received the replacement pan it was also damaged due to poor packaging! I have had enough of Homechoice and their bad/non service delivery. It's taken 3 months of phoning, emailing, threats of legal action to finally get a replacement frying pan out of Homechoice just to receive a worse damaged item than the 1st one sent back. That was before Christmas and I just did not have the energy to fight about this until after New Year. I don't even think it's worth fighting about this again because it will be another 3 months of phone calls, emails and postage, all at my expense. I have not even received my postage refund for the original pan returned!
