We purchased the Coricraft lounge suite and we were told at point of purchase that it was genuine leather goods.
The paint has now started peeling off the fake leather couches.
We have been trying to resolve the matter since January and they have refused to respond. They finally responded today and told us that they would give us a discount off the next purchase but they cannot offer anything else.
Further, we have evidence and witnesses to the fact that CoriCraft employees sold this to us as a full leather suite. Is there anything we can do to resolve this?
Our next step is to resolve this via legal action which will be far more costly than the cost of the unit.
We want a full replacement or full refund.
