I paid R14 000 -00 cash for a corner couch that we saw at Coricraft. This was custom made in Cape Town, The first time they delivered the wrong order (not what we ordered) and was taken back to be fixed. When they returned it, the quality was unbelievably bad, it was a rushed job.. I sent them photos, their assessor came and saw the bad quality and he acknowledged that, now they phone me to say he (assessor) is going to come and fix this couch. When I spoke to the assesor the last time he was here, he said he does not fix, he only assesses. They (Coricraft) need to accept this is not what it was suppossed to be and return my money. I have bought many times from Coricraft before and have never seen anything like this.
