Pathetic, Pathetic, Pathetic!!! I have no other words! Standing in line at the 'Goods Return' Counter for half an hour! Only two persons behind the tills. When I eventually get to the front, the one person closes her till and walks away!!! When the second (only other) person was finished with her customer, she also walked away, leaving me and the rest of the line of people waiting!! VALUED CUSTOMER!!?? If you do not even respect your customers time you surely DO NOT value them!! I know I am only one customer but if I can help it I will never use your store again!
