We ordered our beds in December from Dial a bed and paid a deposit. we were then told that the beds would be delivered in Mid Jan (15th Jan) when I called the store yesterday the Manager said that they have not recieved the beds as yet and he does not know when the supplier will deliver. I raised concerns about their supplier and was told that their supplier does not care about customer service! HELLO DIAL A BED!!! You incompetent fools, the suppliers u use show of your ethics as well! So in other words you dont care about customer service either so use any company and thats that!!! I WANT MY FULL REFUND OF MY DEPOSIT IMMEDIATELY! All I have read here are complaints regarding your pathetic service and incompetent abilities! My kids have been sleeping on the floor as we still do not have beds! I want this sorted out immediately and refuse to be told anymore stories regarding your supplier! if your supplier doesnt deliver and does not care about customer service then change your supplier or change your name to DIAL - A - DUMBA$$
