Payment Processed TWICE - No response received

Hello, I placed on online order on the 4th of April, received a confirmation mail from HOMECHOICE for the order i placed, and paid for it via credit card, When enquiring about the order, the call centre agents (I spoke to more than one) informed me that the order does not show on their system. I placed another order on the 11th of April - obviously for the same item- and paid for it again via credit card. I asked Michelle to please confirm that the payment DID NOT go through on the 4th - to which she replied that it only went through on the 11th. This morning when i received my bank statement - I saw much to my surprize that the R1456.92 did indeed go through on the 4th (the order which did not appear on their system according to various call centre agents i spoke to) as well as on the 11th (the order I placed and received two weeks later)
I sent a mail this morning at 08:00 already, requesting urgent feedback, and till now, no one even had the decency to get back to me. I am very unhappy with the lack of service I've received from HOMECHOICE - I will take this matter further if my money is NOT refunded ASAP
