This was the first time I have ordered clothing or shoes online. Having never found items that ressonated with me in the country's malls I spotted several items on Zando and ordered with some trepedation. I cancelled one item on the same day as the order and received a prompt no-nonsense, friendly reply within a business day and my order arrived the next day. The entire experience has been thrilling and I am keen to log off here to get shopping - with Zando of course. What a pleasure and thank you.
