I was at the Timberland Menlyn store today and the three men that work there are the worst combination of clerks you could have in a store. First of all, I walked into the store and not one of them greeted me, not even after I walked through the middle of a conversation two of them were having. Upon walking out, the other clerk who was on the phone when I walked in just looked at me when I walked past him. Before I left the store I asked why everyone was so unfriendly and the only one who bothered even looking up was the one at the counter, who started arguing with me about how he was on the phone (which was untrue). I usually shop in Jhb and I must say, the staff in the Jhb stores are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will definitely not recommend this store to anyone. Very disappointing.
