In January 2013 I reported my Whirlpool oven had a problem. A technician came around to repair the faulty but was unable to complete the job as he needed a part. I have phoned a few times to find out when the part will be arriving to be told "soon", the last response was they would phone me back in 10 minutes. That was a week ago. I tried the customer service number again today but no one answered.
