I have sent an email to Woolworths financial services on 26 February 2013, notifying them of my new email address for the purpose of sending my statements electronically.
Today is the 6th of May and to date I have not had the courtesy of a reply, nor have I received any statements!
Client services is not their top-priority! This is unacceptable and pathetic! See emails below:
