MR PRICE ONLINE UNATHORISED DEDUCTIONS - CREDIT CA

I ordered on the Mr Price Website on the 26th April 2013 - Order # 10620439434
. I looked on my bank statement a few days later, and noticed the amount of R374.95 was deducted 3 x off my Absa Credit Card. I phoned Mr Price and they stated that it had only gone off 1 x their side and that I needed to sort it out with my bank. My bank told me it was 2 x manual entries from Mr Price side, and in fact was there problem, and they need to refund the money.

A strange coincedence occured, my boss also ordered from Mr Price on the same day Order 10620943460, and also had the amount of R314 taken off her account 3 x, and she banks with FNB, who have also told her, Mr Price needs to sort this out.

Be careful ordering from MR PRICE ON LINE, there is taking place.
